Forge Lifts have been looking after the lifts in our building for the last 6 months, and the service has been excellent. The engineers always turn up on time, explain what they’re doing, and leave everything tidy.

Really pleased with Forge Lifts so far. The lifts used to break down all the time with our old company but since switching we’ve not had any problems. The engineers are friendly and don’t mind explaining what’s going on.

Forge Lifts provide lift PPM services for our client's portfolio of sites primarily based in London and Oxford and with an additional site in Bath. They have been contracted to provide services for over 1 year so far. Forge lifts are run by two extremely knowledgeable and attentive people in the form of Jacob and Liam. They simply couldn't do enough for me when I experienced a breakdown on a lift I was examining, and it wasn't even a lift they maintain! Within a few minutes, I had the lift back in service because of the help they gave. They simply aim to offer the highest level of service they can and it shows. Having examined a few lifts they service, I can honestly say they keep their lifts in stellar condition and the reliability is always high. They'll move heaven and earth to ensure any issues are resolved quickly whether you're the duty holder of the lift or an insurance inspector. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was at first a bit apprehensive when our lift maintenance contract exchanged hands due to prior bad experiences with our old lift service, but since having Forge look after our lifts we have had no issues whatsoever.
