What if you can't fix my lift?
Sometimes lifts break down due to faulty components that need to be replaced. Whilst we have an extensive stock of spare parts, there are thousands of different types of lift components, manufactures, and models. If we're unable to fix your lift on our first attendance we will provide you with a report of our engineers findings and advise you on the best steps forward.
Our sales team will shortly be in touch to provide you costs and lead times for parts, and will send you a formal quotation for the cost of repair. Once agreed, our team will be in touch once again to arrange the best date and time for our engineer's attendance.
