Flood Protection

Water ingress in a lift pit can cause serious damage to components, trigger breakdowns, and create safety risks. We offer complete flood protection solutions to help reduce these risks — especially in buildings with a history of damp or flooding.

We install water detection sensors that sound an audible siren when water is detected in the pit, providing early warning to building staff. Where needed, we also supply and fit automatic sump pumps to actively remove water and prevent damage. For long-term protection, we can also treat lift pits to help prevent water ingress at the source.
