How it works
1 - Fault reported
Call 020 7097 8588 or email info@forgelifts.co.uk to report the lift breakdown. The call-out is raised and assigned to the local lift engineer.
2 - Engineer Attends
The engineer will attend, diagnose, and carry out repair work required to return the lift to service.
3 - Clear Report & Next Steps
After the visit, you’ll receive a digital job report detailing the repair and any recommendations. If additional parts are needed, we’ll send a quote and promptly schedule a follow-up.
What if my lift requires parts?
If your lift requires a part we will:
