We will discuss the available options and confirm the equipment, availability and quotation before you order. Specification and compatibility depend on the selected drive. Installation and commissioning are separate services.
Could the existing unit be repaired?
Forge carries out in-house electronic repairs to control boards and drives, assessed case by case. Tell us about the fault and the existing equipment so we can discuss whether assessment is appropriate alongside sourcing a replacement.

Tell us whether you need supply only or supply and fit, the quantity required and your site or delivery postcode. For lift drives, please include:
- Drive make, model and rating.
- Lift and controller details.
- Existing equipment photographs.
Send details you already have, or ask your lift engineer to identify the equipment. Photographs should be taken from safe, accessible areas; you do not need to open panels or access the lift shaft to make an enquiry.
