If your request needs an independent provider, such as a LOLER examination company, we will discuss the introduction or arrangements with you. This form does not automatically forward enquiries to those companies.

For enquiries that do not lead to work, we delete the enquiry correspondence 12 months after the last contact, unless it is needed for an ongoing dispute or a legal obligation. Where work goes ahead, the associated service, contract and accounting records have different retention needs.
