Look beyond the symptom
A recurring fault needs context. The lift’s condition, reported behaviour and available service history help guide the investigation and the next repair decision.
Independent lift engineering
Practical engineering.
People you can rely on.
We’re an independent lift services company supporting buildings across London and the South East. We maintain, repair and modernise lifts, with engineering support for modern systems and legacy equipment.

The way we work
A lift is part of the working day for the people who use and manage a building. When it fails, they need to know what has happened, what can be done and what remains to be arranged.
Our approach brings practical fault finding, planned maintenance and clear reporting together. We explain the work needed, agree its scope and record the findings so you have something useful to act on.
That applies to a one-off repair as much as an ongoing maintenance agreement. Our aim is clear communication, honest pricing and proper attention to the equipment.

A recurring fault needs context. The lift’s condition, reported behaviour and available service history help guide the investigation and the next repair decision.
Planned servicing, fault investigation and replacement work are different tasks. We explain the proposed work and confirm the cover or quotation for your installation.
Our job sheets distinguish the work carried out, how the lift was left and what needs follow-up. The detail reflects the type and scope of the visit.
Engineering capability
We work across a wide range of lift makes and control systems. The equipment already in your building is the starting point: its condition, available parts and technical information help determine a practical way forward.
Our capability includes in-house repairs to lift control boards and drives, assessed case by case. Where an electronic repair is suitable, we can consider it alongside replacement and wider upgrade options.
We explain when further investigation is needed and when the condition or supportability of equipment makes modernisation worth considering.

Clear records
A maintenance visit, a call-out and a technical investigation need different records. Our sheets are designed to show what was checked, what was found and what still needs attention.
A completed attendance does not always mean a lift is back in service. Recording the work outcome and lift status separately helps your team understand the handover and arrange the next step.

Our customers include residential blocks, schools, hotels, offices, commercial shops, small businesses, factories and veterinary clinics.
We discuss how the lift is used, site access and the needs of the building when planning servicing or repair work. A passenger lift providing daily access and a goods lift supporting a business need attention suited to their installation and use.
Whether you manage one lift or several sites, tell us about the equipment and the support you need.
